Silly Sports day

I don’t like it when my team lose the game called sling shot. I wanted to win because it was cool and fun.
The next games we played was called egg and spoon with a three legged race in one. I went to the game. It was called ball tiggy. Mrs Lagitupu was in charge of that game. Mrs Nua did a sponge race.

Cross Country

I ran in the cross country race last Wednesday at Pt England school. I went 3 and a half km around the reserve.

I was happy when I was running with my friends.

I ran past Mrs Clarke. She was standing at Taniwha Street.

I completed my race and it was fun.

Wales

We have been learning about the Rugby World Cup. I have been learning about Wales. Its one of the countries playing for the cup.

Wood work

I go to Tamaki Tech for Wood work this term. My teacher's name is Mr Grundy. I am making a train. I used wood, glue and a saw to make my train. My friend's in my group are Junior, Sosaia and Patrick. My teacher is Ms Fester. She helps my group at Tamaki Tech.

Things I like

At school I like to write with Mrs Fester who is kind to me. After school I help my dad to cook dinner for my mum when she gets home late from work. I like my mum because she helps me when I get homework from school. I like cars because I get to ride in my mums car.

My pet

My pet is the best pet in the world because it can do my house work for me when I am at school. His name is Mary and he lives on Mary Island. He look after me everyday. I like my pet. He is cool.

Honesty

This term we had to make a movie about one of the Pt England values. The value my group picked was 'honesty'. Its really important to be honest. Our teacher helped us to put our movie together. I hope you like our movie.
